Lorrie Gaschen, DVM, PhD, Dr.med.vet, DECVDI, is a tenured professor of diagnostic imaging at Louisiana State University and a teleradiologist at VetCT. She earned her DVM from University of Florida, completed a diagnostic imaging residency at University of Bern in Switzerland, and earned her PhD in renal transplant imaging in animal models at University Medical School Utrecht, in The Netherlands. Dr. Gaschen has authored numerous articles and book chapters, mostly in the field of GI ultrasonography.
