Marcy J. Souza, DVM, MPH, MPPA, DABVP (Avian), DACVPM, is a professor of veterinary public health at University of Tennessee, where she also earned her MPH and completed a 3-year clinical residency in avian and zoological medicine. Dr. Souza earned her DVM at North Carolina State University. She also serves on the Knox County Board of Health and the AVMA’s Committee on Environmental Issues.
