In Sickness & in Health: Equine Liver Disease Updates

In this webinar, Dr. Erin Pearson will review common equine hepatic disorders, including bacterial cholangiohepatitis, cholelithiasis, pyrrolizidine alkaloid toxicity, and infectious viral hepatitis (equine parvovirus and equine hepacivirus). Focus will be on the clinical and clinicopathologic signs of these diseases and how to formulate diagnostic and treatment plans through case examples. Attendees will also explore how to interpret liver blood work and ultrasonographic findings to guide diagnoses and therapeutic recommendations.
