Heather Kvitko-White, DVM, DACVIM (SAIM), is a small animal internal medicine specialist, founder and president of KW Veterinary Consulting in Kansas City, Missouri, and a national speaker who promotes a creative and common-sense approach to caring for patients without sacrificing quality. She earned her DVM from The Ohio State University, completed a small animal rotating internship at Purdue University, and completed an internal medicine residency at Texas A&M University. Her interests are in teaching pragmatic veterinary medicine, mentoring veterinary students and house officers, and developing continuing education content at all industry levels.
